I’m Lauren Foster

A little about me: I’ve always wanted to be an artist. Only I want my great masterpiece to be my life and how I live. I have a rare talent for making absolutely anything creative or beautiful. I love music. Rock and Roll actually did save my soul and my first lessons on what matters in life came from Garth Brooks songs. And if you haven’t noticed, I love wearing hats!

In true MG style I have had a handful of different careers and professional areas of interest.  I spent multiple years living in Los Angeles attending Fashion Design School and working as a make-up artist.  When I was no longer lit up by the work I was doing there, I followed a prophetic dream to the east coast where I earned a degree in English Literature.  Studying literature lead to making films, writing screenplays, and pursuing a Masters in Film Studies.  For the last 9 years I have worked in Higher Education serving as an advisor, educator, and coach to undergraduate students.  I am a long-time meditator and Kundalini Yoga teacher and practitioner.  And as you may have suspected from my 1/4 profile, I am a voracious reader.  On average I read 100 books a year.  It has been my great blessing to have studied and trained with master teachers within the fields of: Human Design, Western Mystery Tradition, Tarot, Numerology, Astrology, Shamanism, and Kundalini Yoga.  

I am someone who has spent years in the wilderness going within, seeking truths and studying my craft in service to my own healing and evolution.  Everything I offer, and my desire to be of use and service to you, stems from the mending my own wounds.  I know the light because I spent years in the darkness and came to love them both.  I know love because I have removed all the barriers to it.  I know you because I am you.

My mission here is to hold up a mirror.  To give you the tools that can initiate your own odyssey of self-discovery.  These are not tools for self-improvement or another item to check off on your endless to-do list.  These are methods and modalities for self-empowerment through self-knowledge.

I want you to take your rightful place at the center of your life, as your own best friend, your greatest teacher, and wisest guru.  I want you to meet the mystery and the magnificence that is waiting within you.

Worldwide change begins with individuals undertaking the heroic journey of going within.  The life of your dreams and the most magnetic, powerful, and fascinating version of yourself are waiting for you.
